Our well-trained, trustworthy team will transport you and/or your loved ones to medical appointments, discharges from hospitals or family events. Where ever you want to go, we will take you!

Guardian Medical Transportation Inc. is a Veteran-Owned Small Business. We offer Wheelchair, Scooter, Group (up to 8 passengers), Bariatric (up to 550 lbs) transportation. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (Sunday by prior appointment only). Our highly trained staff are certified in First Aid/CPR/AED/BLS. Easy scheduling, timely pick up, safe travel and friendly customer service all over Texas! We provide professional door-to-door transport with your comfort in mind and your safety as an absolute importance.
